4.2 Business Plans

For business users, we offer credit-based systems that allow organizations to provide access to courses for their employees. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time.

4.3 Payment

All payments must be made in advance of accessing the Services. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods as specified on our website. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

4.4 Automatic Renewal

Our memberships do not automatically renew. You will receive a reminder before your membership expires, giving you the option to renew manually.

4.5 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Services at any time. Any price changes will apply to charges after the effective date of the price change.

4.6 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all our courses and subscription plans. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our support team within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After this period, refunds may be granted at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your purchase of our Services, in addition to the prices listed.

5. LICENSE AND ACCESS TO CONTENT

You agree not to:

The Services and all Content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof (collectively, "Our IP"), are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7.2 No Transfer of Ownership

These Terms do not transfer any ownership of Our IP from us to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of Our IP without our prior written consent.

The "Skill TV" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

If you submit, post, or share any Content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods now known or later developed.

We may terminate or suspend your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

("JAMS") then in effect, by one commercial arbitrator with substantial experience in resolving intellectual property and commercial contract disputes.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

ANY ARBITRATION UNDER THESE TERMS WILL TAKE PLACE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS; CLASS ARBITRATIONS AND CLASS ACTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

15. GENERAL PROVISIONS

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and the Company.
